OVERVIEW
To create products with superior quality and high durability, GOLDCUP continuously invests in and upgrades its synchronized equipment systems. All machinery at the factory is carefully selected and imported directly from countries with the world’s leading advanced manufacturing industries such as Japan, the USA, South Korea, China, and more.


STAGE 2: Stranding & Shaping
Individual metal strands are combined on high-speed machinery to form a unified conductor core. To optimize each cable line, GOLDCUP flexibly applies: soft copper stranding (29-75 fine strands), hard copper stranding (7-37 strands), and phase stranding using 4-Bobbin machines combined with round-shaped PP filler stuffing. Especially for underground cables, the stranding machine runs in parallel with the protective armor winding stage (DSTA/DATA), maximizing mechanical durability and resistance to underground breakage.
STAGE 1: Wire Drawing
The first stage applies a multi-stage drawing machine system (rough, medium, and multi-pass fine drawing) to process imported 99.9% pure copper raw material into precision micro-strands. The production line operates in a closed loop, integrating continuous soft annealing technology in a high-pressure nitrogen (N) gas environment. This process completely eliminates mechanical stress, restores luster, and optimizes the material’s electrical conductivity coefficient.


Stage 3: Đùn bọc cách điện
The final stage applies a modern heated extrusion system to form the insulation layer and protective sheath. The line performs continuous multi-layer coating with premium polymer materials (PVC, XLPE, flame-retardant plastic, LSZH). The entire extrusion process is automatically monitored by a Laser optical sensor system, ensuring perfect concentricity and absolutely precise sheath thickness, meeting the strictest electrical safety standards.
